If you have special dietary requirements, please stop by the registration desk at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and receptions. Hotel meeting room temperatures are difficult to regulate and tend to be on the cooler side. It's a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.

CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
ACAMS members will automatically receive up to 21 CAMS credits for attending this event. Additional continuing education credits may also be available from outside organizations. Please contact your accrediting body directly for instructions on submitting an application. ACAMS is not responsible for securing non-CAMS credits on behalf of conference attendees.

SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received up to July 25, 2011, will receive a full refund minus a $250 administration fee. Cancellations received July 26 to August 21, 2011, will be issued a credit voucher to be used towards next year’s conference. Cancellations received on or after August 22, 2011, will not be refunded.

Substitutions of registered attendees may be made at any time prior to the beginning of the event. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If the registrant does not attend the conference and does not designate a substitute attendee prior to the event, the registrant will be responsible for the full registration fee.

If for any reason ACAMS cancels or reschedules the conference, it does not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Program is subject to change. All conference substitution requests and cancellations must be made in writing by fax, email or mail. VISA LETTER/LETTER OF INVITATION
If you require a visa to attend the conference, once you have registered and paid in full, we will be happy to issue a letter of invitation for you to present at the embassy. However, we cannot take responsibility for arranging your visa, nor are we responsible for interceding should the embassy refuse your application.
